Standard shipping usually arrives within 5–7 business days after the order is placed. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery, typically arriving within 2–3 business days. Tracking information is sent via email once the item ships.
Hand washing in cool water with mild detergent is recommended to preserve fabric elasticity and shape. If using a machine, place items in a mesh laundry bag on a gentle cycle. Air drying is best—avoid using a dryer, as heat can damage elastic fibers and underwire.
A measuring tape placed around the ribcage (just under the bust) gives the band size. The cup size is calculated by measuring around the fullest part of the bust and subtracting the band measurement. A sizing chart with detailed measurements is available on the product page to help with selection.
Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. A prepaid return label can be requested through the customer service portal, and refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received.
Manufacturing defects are covered for 30 days from the date of purchase. This includes issues like broken hardware, faulty stitching, or elastic failure under normal use. Wear from regular use or improper care is not covered. Contact customer service with photos and proof of purchase to request a replacement.
